Do I need a special license for the Absinthe Fountain & Drink Service?

We can assist you with requesting a Special Occasion Permit, or we can also arrange a sale license should you want to sell individual drinks to your guests.

How long does an average drink take to serve and consume?

On average, we see a 10-15 minute turnaround per guest drinking experience. Time is needed to let the ice water melt the sugar cube into the absinthe, but we include experienced drink servers to help and instruct the guests. This can make things move faster to accommodate more guests.
