Our system uses P3.9 pixel pitch panels, each measuring 500mm x 500mm with 16,384 pixels of resolution per tile. For outdoor events, the IP65 waterproof rating means rain, dust, and humidity will not interrupt your programming, and 4,500 nits of brightness keeps content sharp and legible under full afternoon sun. For indoor galas and dimly lit ballrooms, we dial the output down so the display complements the atmosphere rather than washing it out. Comfortable viewing begins at roughly 3.9 metres (12.8 feet), which means audiences see clean, detailed imagery whether they are at the front tables or standing further back in a crowd. These are the same professional-grade panels used in concert touring and broadcast production, scaled for the events we build in this region.
With over 100 panels in our inventory, we are not limited to a single rectangle behind a podium. Our crew assembles displays in U-shapes that wrap around stages, L-shapes for corner installations, wide banners across DJ booths and stage headers, ribbon tickers along venue fascias, and fully custom geometries built around your creative concept. A few of our most commonly requested setups include the 5m x 5m classic square wall for keynotes and galas, the 10m x 3m wide stage backdrop popular with concert and conference producers, the 12.5m x 2m ultrawide banner format for stage headers and DJ riser backdrops, and the 25m x 1m ribbon ticker for scrolling information or branding along a venue perimeter. Our system supports multiple independent displays running on separate controllers, which means you can show different content on different surfaces simultaneously. A keynote presentation on the main stage wall, branded animations on flanking side panels, and a live social media feed on a lobby screen can all operate at the same time without conflict. We accept virtually any video or image format through HDMI, SDI, or network inputs, and we handle real-time playback management, content switching, and troubleshooting on-site so your team can focus on hosting. This is not a situation where we hand you a remote and walk away. Our technical crew is present from load-in through load-out, managing the entire visual production.
